(Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station) February 14, 2011 ORDER (Regarding Questions for Hearing and Oral Argument on New Contentions)

In preparation for the hearing on Contention 3 in this proceeding, the parties are directed to file any proposed questions any party would like the Licensing Board to consider posing to any witnesses, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.1207(a)(3), no later than Monday, February 28, 2011.

As stated at § 2.1207(a)(3)(i), (ii), the proposed questions need not be filed with any other party, they should therefore be submitted to the Board members directly, via e-mail.

In addition, the parties are notified that, should the March 9 hearing on Contention 3 finish early enough, the Board will hold the oral argument on Intervenors new contentions on the same day. This shall consist only of questions for the parties from the Board; no separate argument by the parties will be permitted unless the Board at that time deems it appropriate.
