Docket No. 50-482: Change to Compliance Date for Reply to Notice of Violation EA-10-160 Gentlemen:
The reference provided Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) reply to Notice of Violation (NOV) EA-10-160. In attachment 1 to the reference, WCNOC specified that compliance would be achieved when the Level 1 Incident Investigation of Essential Service Water internal corrosion and water hammers was completed by or on December 9, 2010.
The Corrective Action Review Board (CARB) accepted the Level 1 Incident Investigation of Essential Service Water internal corrosion and water hammers with comments as condition report (CR) 28474 on December 9, 2010. WCNOC extended CR 28474 to address comments made by CARB and completed CR 28474 on December 16, 2010.
