SUMMARY
OF JANUARY 10, 2011, CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS PROPOSED PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN CHANGES (TAC NOS. ME5264 AND ME5265)
On January 10, 2011, a closed meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and representatives of Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation (NSPM, the licensee), at NRC Headquarters, Two White Flint North, 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss NSPM's proposed changes to the PINGP physical security plan. The meeting was closed to the public because Safeguards Information was discussed throughout the meeting. A meeting notice was prepared for this meeting and can be found in the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML110050270.
The licensee presented a discussion of their proposed changes to the PINGP physical security plan. The NRC staff queried the licensee throughout the presentation. No regulatory decisions were made during this meeting. A list of attendees is included as an enclosure. No members of the public were in attendance.
