Re: University of Arizona Possesion only License
Dear Ms. Tran,
Thank you for your telephone call of today in which you asked about revisions to our license document to reflect our requested change to "possession only status".
The document to which you referred is NRC document, Docket No. 50-113, Amendment No 15, License No. R-52, dated May 22, 1990, together with subsequent Amendments up to Amendment No. 18.
For our Amendment No 19, in addition to the changes requested in our previous correspondence, please make the following additional changes:
In paragraph 1. I, please change the words, "receipt, possession and use" to "receipt and possession".
In paragraph 2. B (3), please change the words "receive, possess and use" to "receive and possess".
Thank you for you attention to this matter and we hope to receive Amendment No 19 to our License in the near future.
