January 25, 2011 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN:
TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2)
This notice is to inform the parties that Commissioner William D. Magwood, IV will tour the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 on Wednesday, February 2, 2011. The purpose of the Commissioners visit is to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the operating license for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2. If the parties have any questions regarding this visit, please call Margaret Bupp at 301-415-8430.
