In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Incidental Take Statement issued as part of the January 20, 2000, Biological Opinion, Carolina Power & Light Company, now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., is enclosing the 2010 Sea Turtle Annual Report for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant.
