DATE & TIME: Thursday, February 10, 2011 8:00 a.m. to 11 :00 a.m. EST LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-7B06 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: Pre-application meeting between Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and PG&E staff to discuss proposed physical security plan changes for Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, that will be submitted for NRC review and approval via license amendment request. The meeting is closed to public attendance since Safeguards Information will be discussed.

PARTICIPANTS: Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR).
