Dear Mr. Pacilio:

The purpose of this letter is to confirm the final arrangements for the upcoming operator ticensing examinations at Peach Bottom Atomic Power station Units 2 and 3' The NRC has completed its review of the operator license applications submitted in connection with this examination and separately provided a list of approved applicants t9 lvlt A' Wasong' Director of Training. Note that any examination waivers and application denials have been addressed in separate correspondence.

The NRC has approved the subject examinations and hereby authorizes you to administer the written examinations in accordahce with NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Revision 9, Supplement 1, on February 10,?011' The NRC staff will administer the operating tests during the weeks of January 31 and February 7 ' 2011' This examination has undergone extensive 6view by my staff and representatives responsible for licensed operatoitrainini at your facility. Based on this review, I have concluded that the examination meets tnl guioltines of NUREG -1021for content, operational,3ld discrimination u"fiOity.
