A~couple items to note:
- 1. The 480V room dampers close on a transformer deluge activation,.This occurred as designed. Room temperature peaked around IOOF with the limit being 104F. The licensee has compensatory measures in place including opening doors (with-security present) and running fans.
- 2. A water/oil mixture was unexpectedly found in the turbine building on the other side of the wall from the transformer, but did not affect any equipment.
