G, NRC-DR-09-08-329 Modification 14 Page 2 of 2 The following changes are hereby incorporated into BPA No. NRC-DR-09-08-329:
- 1. Incremental funding in the amount of $550,000.00 is hereby added to the BPA.
- 2. The BPA obligation is hereby increased by $550,000.00 from $4,650,000.00 to
$5,200,000.00.
- 3. Section A.4 - OBLIGATION OF FUNDS - Delete the first sentence and replace with the following:
"The BPA obligates funds in the amount of $5,200,000.00."
- 4. Attachment A - ORDERING PROCEDURES AND LIMITATIONS: CALL NUMBERS -
Paragraph Two - delete the last sentence and replace with the following:
