Pending before the Board are two hearing requests concerning the license renewal application for Seabrook Station in New Hampshire. Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(i), the Boards decision on standing and contention admissibility would ordinarily issue no later than January 6, 2011.
Subsequent to oral argument on November 30, 2010, however, the participants have submitted various supplemental filings and oppositions thereto that collectively total more than 150 pagesthe most recent on December 22, 2010. Accordingly, the Board expects to issue its decision on standing and contention admissibility later in January 2011.
