NRC-03-10-066 Modification No. 004 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to incrementally fund the contract in the amount of $40,000.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
- 1. Section B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988)
ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991), paragraph (c) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
(c) The amount cu bligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $376,500, of which the sum of epresents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which represents the fix*
A summary of obligations under this order, from date of award through this modification, is given below:
FY'10 obligation amount: $267,500 FY' 11 obligation amount: $109,000 Total obligation amount: $376,500 This modification obligates $40,000 in FYI 1 funds.
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
