- 14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)
The purpose of this modification is to:
- 1. Provide incremental funding in the amount of $12,000.00, increasing the obligated amount from $61,500.00 to to $73,500.00 with $52,500.00 remaining to be obligated for towards Option Year 1 of this Contract;
- 2. Exercise Option Year Two (2) of the Contract. The Period of performance for Option Year One (1) will be March 16, 2011 through March 15, 2012;
- 3. Exercising Option Year Two (2) increases the ceiling of the contract by $66,500 from $126,000.00 to $192,500.00 Please see page 2 for detailed information. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

- 1. Section A.3 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE 2 (MAR 1987), delete in its entirety and replace with the following:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on March 16, 2009 and will expire on March 15, 2012.
Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein. (See 52.216 Ordering.) The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional 2 one-year option periods."
- 2. Section A.5 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDER (JUN 1998), delete in its entirety and replace with the following,
"(a) The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products/services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $192,500.00. The Contracting Officer may unilaterally increase this amount as necessary for orders to be placed with the contractor during the contract period provided such orders are within any maximum ordering limitation prescribed under this contract.
(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $73,500.00. The Contracting Officer may issue orders for work up to the amount presently obligated. This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer by written modification to this contract. The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the contract ceiling as specified in paragraph a above. When and if the amount(s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be. obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this contract. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk."
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
