The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds in the amount of $14,889.82, therefore decreasing the obligated amount from $447,328.00 to $432,438.18. Final invoice was paid in the amount of $4,457.28. This modification also closes this contract Total amount obligated and paid:$432,438.18 Period of Performance:9/25/2006 - 9/24/2010 All other terms and conditions under this contract remains unchanged.
