Dear Mr. Land:
This letter refers to your December 15, 2010, response to the Notice of Violation transmitted to you by our letter dated December 2, 2010. We have determined that you have adequately identified both the root cause of the violation and the corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
The violation will remain open until we have verified implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
