Notification of Completion of Commitments Required Prior to Entry into Period of Extended Operation (PEO), Associated with License Renewal for Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3

NUREG 1796, "Safety Evaluation Report Related to the License Renewal of the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 and Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2" The renewed facility license for Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS), Unit 3, (License
- Condition 3.Y) requires Exelon Generation Company, LLC, (EGC) notify the NRC in writing when implementation of those commitments required before DNPS Unit 3 enters the period of extended operation on January 13, 2011 are completed.
The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC that EGC has completed implementation of those activities and they can be verified by inspection.
