CLOSURE OF TAC NO. L33023 PER WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE A DEFINITION IN THE INTEGRATED SAFETY ANALYSIS
Dear Mr. Couture:
In your letter dated September 3, 2010 (LTR-RAC-10-59, ADAMS Accession Number ML102520051), Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC (Westinghouse) applied for an amendment to change a definition in the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA). The application had been accepted for a technical review on October 15, 2010 (ADAMS Accession Number ML102860144).
In a letter dated November 22, 2010 (LTR-RAC-IO-80, ADAMS Accession Number ML103280023), Westinghouse informed the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that the application is hereby withdrawn. Under TAC L33023, the technical review has ceased.
TAC No. L33023 is now closed.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs document system (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS]). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/readingrm/ adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
