(Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station) December 14, 2010 ORDER (Confirming Matters Addressed at December 7, 2010, Telephone Conference)

On December 7, 2010, a telephone conference was held in this proceeding, to address procedures for the filing of prefiled testimony and other exhibits. At the conference, the provisions of the Boards November 23 Order in this regard were reviewed, the parties agreed to use the NRCs EIE system for the filings in question and the remainder of the proceeding, and certain modifications to the November 23 Order were addressed. These modifications include the following, which are illustrated in an attachment to this Order:

1. For each exhibit, in addition to marking the exhibit number in the upper right hand corner as described at section B(2)(b) of the November 23 Order, the parties shall also place an abbreviated form of the case name, docket number and ASLBP number in the upper right-hand corner, just below the exhibit number, as illustrated in

the appendix to this order.1 The title of the exhibit shall be as short and descriptive as possible, and placed in the center of the page below the exhibit number and case name information. This will leave the upper left corner space blank, to be used by the DDMS system for electronic marking

2. The parties shall use the attached modified exhibit list template in the manner described at section B(5) of the November 23 Order. A Word copy of this template shall be provided upon request to the Boards law clerk, Katie Tucker.
