Darlene, In accordance with our telephone conversation this morning, I am enclosing a draft copy of the MOA for the Lost Creek ISR site. Should you decide the Northern Arapaho be a signatory on this document, please designate who from your Tribe would be the signatory. I would need the full name and address so as to mail him/her a paper copy for signature. Also, if you decide to be a signatory, if there are any changes you would like to see made in the MOA, please let me know what they are - you may use track change, as this is a Word document.

Thank you.
