By letter dated December 1, 2010, Dairyland Power Cooperative submitted a response to the revised power reactor security rule and a request for exemptions from certain requirements of 10 CFR 73.55 for LaCrosse Boiling Water Reactor. Please review the proposed exemptions and provide a Safety Evaluation for the request. A copy of the request, which contains Safeguards Information, will be provided to the reviewer directly.
