Material and Environment Audit

Rick, Attached is the material and environment spreadsheet which will be used during the upcoming scoping and screening methodology audit. It contains 35 random samples taken from the AMR Table 2s in the LRA. This spreadsheet is for the material and environment verification. As you'll see, there are several components for which NextEra will not be able to show to the reviewer because the components will not be accessible. For those components that are inaccessible, we would appreciate seeing documentation that would indicate what are the component material and environment.

The second verification that will be conducted is of 85 random samples based on your equipment database.

Rick Plasse has already sent this file to you. For this effort, the reviewer will want to determine if the component is or is not within the scope of license renewal. For those that are determined to not be within the scope of license renewal, he will determine if the component was appropriately omitted from scope.
