Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to a one-time exemption from specific requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 50, Section 50.71(e)(3)(iii), for the Callaway Plant, Unit 2, Combined License Application. This action is in response to your letter dated October 26, 2010, that requested such exemption.
The Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact have been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
