Joint Petitioners (Beyond Nuclear, Seacoast Anti-Pollution League and New Hampshire Sierra Club) request that the record of proceeding for the above captioned matter be corrected to reflect a mistake in the Joint Petitioners Request for a Public Hearing and Petition for Leave to Intervene filed on October 20, 2010.
In the text of their petition to intervene, Petitioners incorrectly make reference on page 14 at 8, page 15 at 10, page 15 at 11 to 10 CFR 51.17(c) when in fact the correct citation should read 10 CFR 54.17(c).
10 CFR 54.17(c) is correctly cited within the body of Petitioners Exhibit 2, PRM-54-6.
