As set forth in our previous order, the Board will hear oral argument on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the Levenson Community Room of the Portsmouth Library, located at 175 Parrott Lane in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, commencing at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). See Licensing Board Order (Setting First Prehearing Conference) (Nov. 5, 2010) at 1 (unpublished).
Subject to reviewing petitioners replies, the Board presently intends to ask questions concerning the admissibility of each proffered contention. The Board will have read all timely-filed pleadings. Accordingly, the participants should be ready to answer the Boards questions, but need not prepare formal presentations.
The Board will provide further guidance at the beginning of the oral argument.
