NRC STAFF'S FOURTH STATUS REPORT ON THE ESTIMATED ISSUANCE DATE FOR THE FINAL SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATENIENT In its "Scheduling Order" of July 1, 201 0 ("Order"), the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board ("Board") directed the NRC Staff ("Staff') to file a report on August 3, 2010, and the first Tuesday of each successive month, updating the estimated issuance date for the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement ("FSEIS") in this proceeding (Order at 5).
In accordance with the Board's Order, the Staff wishes to inform the Board and parties that the expected date for issuance of the FSEIS remains as stated in its previous status report:
The Staff currently estimates that the FSEIS will be issued on or before November 19, 2010. In the event that the estimated date of FSEIS issuance changes, the Staff will provide a further status report to the Board in a timely manner.
