Docket No. 50-443 FRIENDS OF THE COAST and NEW ENGLAND COALITION PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE, REQUEST FOR HEARING, AND ADMISSION OF CONTENTIONS ERRATA Friends of the Coast and New England Coalition (Friends of the Coast/NEC) hereby submit(s) the following errata to its October 20, 2010 filing as titled above.
(1) Page 38 of the Petition, 2nd Paragraph reads, In its ER, Entergy estimated the severe accident risk Please strike Entergy and insert instead NextEra.
(2) Friends of the Coast/NEC inadvertently submitted Attachment C to its Petition as a locked PDF file, a PDF form readable by the service list, but unacceptable to NRC for electronic submission. Friends of the Coast/NEC now resubmits Attachment C as a MSWord file for conversion by the electronic submissions system.
Friends of the Coast/NEC regrets any inconvenience or confusion these errors may have caused NRC or the parties.
