Fitness for Duty Program Performance Report Update Palisades Nuclear Plant Docket 50-255 License No. DPR-20
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR 26.717(e), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. submitted the Fitness for Duty Program Performance Report for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) for the period of January 1, through December 31, 2009. The report was submittetl in hard copy on February 25, 2010, due to the inability to submit the data via the electronic information exchange. NRC requested that PNP continue to work with IT personnel to submit the data electronically. That electronic submittal was successful on March 19,2010.
The hard copy report was modeled after the annual electronic submission form. This form does not have a breakdown of the confirmed positive tests.
