- Paul, I scheduled this sample for the week of 7/26 as a place holder - so it may not be scheduled correctly at present. PSEG has not provided all of the documents for the sample yet - (1) EQ:ACE for corroded AFW piping (I have this), and (2) Root Cause for missing the IWA-5244 pressure tests of buried piping (we don't have this yet). I have a list of comments/observations/concerns which we weren't permitted to document because the cause determinations weren't done at the time.
This is under our branch and was agreed to by Projects (Art Burritt). We couldn't end the ISI until we got these documents but the licensee wasn't done with them yet. So we exited on 6/28 with the understanding that we' would do a PI&R sample when these documents were completed - to ensure that PSEG addressed all the PI&R concerns.
What else do you need?
