Rich, FYI. After we looked at 0612 at the Salem LR inspection a couple of weeks ago, I went back to 0612, Appendix B and traced the situation through the flow charts in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3. The result ends up at #43 in Figure 3 which says: DOC ABBREVIATED FINDING in 40A7 with no Cross Cutting Aspect. (This is for the corrosion of the AFW piping). Dan and I discussed this on Monday and decided to keep the 40A7 violation write up less that 1 page.

Also, for the violation for the missed IWA-5244 tests, I decided that the violation was not indicative of present performance and no Cross Cutting Aspect is appropriate.
