Agenda for Commissioner William C. Ostendorff Visit to Salem/Hope Creek Generating Station April 27, 2010 12:20 p.m.
Working lunch at the PSEG Energy and Environmental Resource Center (EERC) with PSEG senior management.
1:00 p.m.
Transport to the Salem and Hope Creek site with PSEG senior managers.
Vehicle tour will include:
environmental restoration areas; the ISFSI; Hope Creek cooling tower; security range; owner controlled area perimeter; proposed site for fourth reactor; and barge slip.
1:45 p.m.
Security In-processing, CAS, SAS and visit a bullet resistant enclosure (BRE).
2:20 p.m.
Meet with the resident inspectors in the resident inspector office (check email and voice mail).
3:00 p.m.
Drive-by tour of Salem site. Tour will include:
Unit 1 AFW buried piping and Unit 2 tritium remediation Intake structures 3:10 p.m.
Hope Creek tour led by PSEG senior management and accompanied by the resident inspectors. Tour will include:
Control room Radiological controlled area - refuel floor, ECCS room EDG room 5:15 p.m.
Travel back to Rockville, MD.

Rich - how are we going to handle getting Region I staff questions for the commisssioner to the commissioner office by Friday (4/23)?
FYI Art plans to meet the commissioner at EERC and will then accompany him the remainder of the day.
