I found out that the person who is tracking this is Bruce Petrowski (notTim Giles). Bruce works for Tony Oliveri. I spoke to Bruce and he will get me a status on where the Unit I replaced AFW pipe and .the re-routed pipe in the FTTA NIS forms are in the process.

Howard p.s., If (when) the forms are complete, we will get you a copy. I will let you know.

(1) Can I get a copy of the NIS-1 and/or NIS-2 for the U1 replaced, AFW buried piping?

(2) Can I get a copy of the NIS-1 and/or NIS-2 for the rerouted U!, AFW piping in the FTTA?

(3) Can I get a copy of Engineering Evaluation H-1 -EA-PEE-1 871, Hope Creek Service Water Piping Alternatives, Rev. 0?

(4) Are you on track for completing the EQ: ACE for the AFW piping degradation by 6/2/10?

(5) I cannot locate my copy of the Notif. for the U2 containment liner blister condition. Can you please send me another copy?
