Dear Mr. Sunseri:
Thank you for your letter of October 11, 2010, in response to our September 13, 2010, letter
and Notice of Violation regarding the failure to perform an adequate evaluation to determine the
cause of loss of offsite power induced water hammers and internal corrosion in the essential
service water system. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a
future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
