Today, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. ("Entergy") filed the "Applicant's Answer to New and Amended Contention New York State 26B and Riverkeeper TC-1B (Metal Fatigue)." In accordance with paragraph M. 1 of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's July 1, 2010 Scheduling Order, Entergy attached to its Answer certain supporting references.
