Dear Mr. Julian:
Today, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. ("Entergy") filed the "Applicant's Answer to New and Amended Contention New York State 26B and Riverkeeper TC-1B (Metal Fatigue)." In accordance with paragraph M. 1 of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's July 1, 2010 Scheduling Order, Entergy attached to its Answer certain supporting references. As indicated on the cover sheets to Attachments 8 and 13, those two attachments are available to the public, but only through purchase from the National Information Technical Service ("NTIS") and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers ("ASME"), respectively.
