Upcoming Audit on March 15th Hi Michelle and Cindy, As you know, the NRC will be coming on site for an audit during the week of March 15th. One of the auditors has completed site access training and has requested that a Good Guy letter be sent from Region IV to you so that he can have unescorted access. The rest of us will not need unescorted access (i.e., we will need escorted access).
I still have the email from Michelle regarding the needed information for escorted access. I also have the email from Cindy with the attached forms for unescorted access. Can you please confirm what is needed for escorted and unescorted access, i.e., are the previous forms still valid?
Also, please let me know when you need the information so that you can have ample time to process.
In addition to NRC staff, we will be accompanied by contractors. If you require any additional information for the contractors, please let me know that as well.
