Michelle, Thanks for the reply. Could you let Cindy know that we will not be going into the RCA, only the PA, and we will be escorted; therefore, we will not be filling out the forms and sending them to her? Because I plan to be there on three more occasions (possibly more) for a week each time, I would like to try to get badged. I will arrange this with you and Cindy as the time approaches, if that is OK.

I guess I will see you on Monday.

Kim, I would agree that you do not need to fill out the forms you received from Cindy if your team just needs escorted access to the protected area (not the rad controlled area).

Michelle, Thanks for the information package. We spoke with Terry this morning after the meeting with the NRC and asked about the site visit. Since we are not going to enter the RA or have unescorted access, he said that we would not need to fill out and sign the documents we received from Cindy. Is that your understanding as well?

Cindy asked for the forms tomorrow so I don't want to miss that deadline if you all still need them. Additionally, to have a good guy letter sent to you we'd have to take a site access course (2 days) and then arrange for the letter to be sent. Please let me know if my understanding is different than yours.

Kim, I have attached a package of information for you and your team to use while you are in San Luis Obispo next week.

The package includes directions to the License Renewal Project Offices and DCPP, a list of hotels, and helpful airport information.
