In Reference (a), Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC submitted a license amendment request to revise Technical Specification 3.4.10, Pressurizer Safety Valves. At this time, Calvert Cliffs has decided to no longer pursue the submittal of Reference (a) and requests no further action be taken in regards to this issue.
