MURR 45-Day RAIs Mr. Al Adams, This email is a follow up to our phone conversation that occurred on Tuesday, September 28th.
MURR has responded to approximately 65% of the 45-day RAIs. MURR requests a three phase extension on the remainder of the questions similar to what MURR requested on the 120-day RAIs. We will send in whatever remainder questions we have completed by September 30th, then October 29th and then finally whatever is left no later than November 30th. In parallel we are having to work on the remaining 120-day RAIs. This schedule will also align the 45-day and 120-day RAIs so everything will be completed no later than November 30th. Additionally, some of the questions require quite a bit of RELAP and MCNP work, which is very time consuming.
