VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 SUBMITTAL OF OPERATING TESTS AND SUPPORTING MATERIALS NRC letter dated February 23, 2010, Notification of Licensed Operator Initial Examination - Surry Power Station, requested transmittal of operating tests and supporting reference materials to support initial reactor operator and senior reactor operator test scheduled for the week of July 26, 2010. This letter is to inform you that the operating test and supporting reference materials, indentified in NUREG-1 021, were shipped on June 9, 2010 and received by Mr. Mark Bates, NRC Chief Examiner, on June 10, 2010.
In addition, the following supporting documents were included in this transmittal:

There are no post-exam comments concerning the Surry Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator Initial Operating and Written Examinations.
