ENTERGY RESPONSE FOR COMPLETION OF ACTION 6 OF CONFIRMATORY ORDER EA-09-060
Dear Mr. Schwarz:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated September 8, 2010, which described your proposed presentation in accordance with Action 6 of the Confirmatory Order issued to you by the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on November 10, 2009. Your intention is to present this material to the Regional Utility Groups (RUG I, III, and IV) by end of day November 10, 2010. Your first presentation is scheduled for October 12, 2010, with RUG I.
We reviewed your letter and find it is responsive to the requirement associated with Action 6 of the Confirmatory Order. We have no further questions or comments at this time and will review the implementation of your corrective action during a future NRC staff inspection to verify full compliance has been achieved and maintained.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
