I have attached a copy of the slides from the February 9 public meeting. Note that the February 9 meeting slides do not address the schedule implications of an adjudicatory hearing.
You can find an updated schedule on the public website at http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/licensing/renewal/applications/diablo-canyon.html. We will continue to update this page if any changes occur to the schedule.
You'll note that the schedule on the website contains a hearing-dependent decision date (5/25/12) that is an estimate by staff; the actual date for a license renewal decision, to the extent that hearing issues remain after the NRC staff completes its safety and environmental reviews, would be dependent on the hearing process itself.

Back last spring (February-March) the NRC came to SLO and gave a presentation on the relicensing process for Diablo Canyon. In one of the PowerPoint slide sets that included the various procedures, processes and deadlines, there was also a calendar of the timeline, one that ended with the possibility of relicensing by November, 2011.
Could you kindly send me those slides, or point me to a link at the NRC or otherwise where I may download them myself.
