Salem Generating Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311 License Amendment Request S410-01 Application for Technical Specification Change Regarding Risk-Informed Justification for the Relocation of Specific Surveillance Frequency Requirements to a Licensee Controlled Program PSEG Nuclear LLC submitted the proposed change to the Salem Technical Specifications by letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission dated March 23, 2010. This proposed change.would modify the Salem Technical Specifications by relocating specific surveillance frequencies to a licensee controlled program with the implementation of Nuclear Energy Institute 04-10, "Risk-Informed Technical Specification Initiative 5b, Risk-Informed Method for Control of Surveillance Frequencies."
