Pursuant to our Amended Hearing Schedule,1 the Board will convene a prehearing teleconference to discuss administrative matters related to the upcoming evidentiary hearing on October 12, 2010. This conference will take place on September 21, 2010 at 1 p.m. EDT.
Parties shall e-mail the Boards law clerk, Kara Wenzel, at kara.wenzel@nrc.gov no later than Friday, September 17, 2010 with the names of their participants in this teleconference. Ms.
Wenzel will reply with the phone number and passcode for the participants.
Topics to be discussed:
- 1. Status of the filing and re-filing of pre-filed testimony and exhibits;
- 2. Procedures for the use of the Digital Data Management System (DDMS);
- 3. Scheduling for limited appearance statements;
- 4. Logistics for hearing day; 1 Licensing Board Order (Summarizing Prehearing Conference Call and Amending Hearing Schedule) (April 20, 2010) Appendix (unpublished) [hereinafter Amended Scheduling Order].
- 5. Other matters which the parties wish to bring to the attention of the Board.
