Pre-Hearing Conference Date for Diablo Canyon License Renewal Review Barbara, Rachel -
I wanted to let you both know that the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel has scheduled (as of yesterday) the Diablo Canyon pre-hearing conference for May 26th. They have not set a specific location but have indicated that the conference will be held in San Luis Obispo County. Their order (which I do not yet see posted on the Electronic Hearing Docket) indicated that they would follow-up with a subsequent order in which they would provide specific time and location information.
I'll keep you posted on any additional information as it becomes available. Please forward this information to Kevin, if you could, as I had indicated that I would keep him in the loop, as well.
