Follow-up to revised site audit schedule Attachments:
Follow-Up to Revised Audit Schedule.doc Michelle - I hope all is going well. We're looking forward to next week's audit.
I have received a number of requests from our staff to have individuals attend tours or breakouts that they're not currently scheduled to attend. The attached document includes those requests. Please let me know if space allows these additions. We can further discuss on Monday, as well.
Also, I've received additional feedback on the tour for terrestrial staff. I have included their requests in the attached document. We can talk next week about what your staff and time might be able to accommodate.
Finally, I have included two informational requests regarding non-radioactive wastes. I think they are fairly straightforward, but we can discuss them on Monday if they are problematic. They are also on the attached document.
Thanks much, and I will see you on Monday. We will be at the gates at 7:15a in order to clear security in time to make it to the 8a meeting.
- Best, Drew DrewStuyvenberg U.S.NuclearRegulatoryCommission 3014154006 Andrew.Stuyvenberg@nrc.gov

Additional Site Audit Needs:
Please provide a copy of the sites Hazardous Waste Facility Permit issued by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control.
If possible, please provide a copy of the most recent Hazardous Waste Annual Report. If more than one year is available, please provide the most recent three years.
Location Request for Terrestrial Tour:
Example locations on-site or on t-lines that may include habitat for the Morro Bay kangaroo rat, Morro Bay shoulderband snail, California red-legged frog, and Vernal pool fairy shrimp. If more than one example of each is available, one location for each would suffice. Examples that also include habitats for endangered plants (in Table 2.5-2) would be more useful for staff.
Examples of vegetation management in riparian areas (the staff notes, for example, that Diablo-Midway #2 line crosses over a stream, but is unsure of accessibility).
NRC staff notes that desert saltbush scrub habitat also occurs along the t-lines.
Please advise staff as to whether it would be possible to visit this habitat, as well, as it appears to the staff that distance may preclude a visit during the audit.
