RE: NRC site audit of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant Thanks, Dan, for your reply, and I look forward to meeting you. I've cc'd our senior biologist, Dennis Logan, on this e-mail. He'll be the NRC staff member with whom you'll be most closely working.

Today we'll need you to submit some personal information to the site access staff at Diablo Canyon so you're able to gain entry to the site and some of the power plant areas that we'll visit on the site tour. NRC staff have already submitted this information, and it is required of all visitors to the site. PG&E will use it for background and security check purposes.

Please provide the information directly to Cindy Korthuis at PG&E. Most of our staff members have e-mailed most of the information to her (CMSa@pge.com), and then called her directly at 805-545-4515 to present a social security number.

The information is as follows:

Full Name:

Date of Birth:

Social Security Number:

US Citizen: Yes or No Male or Female Company name:

If Melissa Neuman will be joining you, she will also need to provide her information to PG&E. I will need to know today if she or any other NMFS staff will be joining us onsite next week.

Also, if you're available for a phone call later this week, I'd like to discuss logistics for the visit with you.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and I look forward to being in touch with you.

Best, Drew

Re: NRC site audit of Diable Canyon Nuclear Power Plant Hello Andrew, I have that day penciled in, so I will definitely attend.

Melissa had indicated to meshe might not be able to make it.

2 Melissa - How is your schedule looking? Would there be anyone else from your group who would want to come?

> Dan - apologies on the delay in responding. I'm currently working with PG&E to plan the audits and I will be in touch with you shortly.

> To clarify, we (NRC staff) will be onsite for several days, but there are one or two days (Tuesday, April 20, is likely to include the bulk of the site tour and interaction with relevant PG&E staff) during which you all may be interested in attending. I'll follow up with more information as soon as I can.
