RE: DCPP Site Access Information Thanks, Michelle. I think it shouldn't be a problem to get info by Friday, though one of the individuals on the April 26 audit will not be able to provide info until the week of 4/12. Please let me know if that's an issue.

DCPP Site Acces Information

Drew, Below is the email that was sent from our Regulatory Services clerk to Kim Green re: obtaining site access. If you could please have this information for your team back to me by the end of business this week (EOB Friday April 9, 2010), that would be much appreciated.

Secondly, PG&E typically gives the guidance of allowing 30-45 minutes for processing through the security gate on the first day of arrival, parking, and walking to the training building (our audit central). Travel time on subsequent days tends to be shorter (20-30 min).

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

RE: Upcoming Audit on March 15th Hi Kimberly, For all team members regardless of escorted or unescorted access we need the following:

Full Name Date of Birth Social Security Number US Citizen: Yes or No Male or Female For contractors: Company name

For unescorted access we need the following:

2 Read & Signs for both Protected Area Access (GPA-101) and Radiological Controls Area Training (GPA-102) -

previous forms are valid if signed recently.

Special Good Guy letters if person is not on our monthly good guy letter Special Good Guy letters for contractors as well if applicable

For escorted access into the RCA they will need to complete a CBT (Computer Based Training). This will take from 30 min - 1 hour1.157407e-5 days
2.777778e-4 hours
1.653439e-6 weeks
3.805e-7 months
. There is a CBT lab that can be utilized for this training.

For escorted access just into the Protected Area and not the RCA - no training needed.

I would appreciate getting information by 3/1. Could you please send a list of names and what access is needed for each. I will check the monthly good guy letter and let you know if we need any other special good guy letters.

If you have any other questions, please let me know,
