Dear Ms. Rossman:
This letter is a follow-up to a telephone conversation held on August 12, 2010, with a member of your staff concerning the maintenance of relevant documents by your library. These documents are related to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff's review of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, license renewal application.
NRC staff appreciates your willingness to assist the public in participating in the license renewal application process. As previously discussed with your staff, your support would consist of holding a limited number of documents related to the NRC staff review in your reference section available to the public.
We will place the Ida Rupp Public Library on our distribution list for documents and notices related to the review of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, license renewal application.
