~01/2507 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 72.186(b), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc., Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. and Virginia Electric and Power Company submit the enclosed Revision 9 to Dominion's Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program for Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations and associated ISFSIs.
This plan will become effective September 1, 2010. We have determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
