High Hi Susan, I just wanted to follow up with you regarding our conversation last week. We are in the process of finalizing our travel plans today and want to confirm that you and your staff will be available to meet with us next week on Wednesday, April 28. We also need to know as soon as possible if someone from your office will be attending the archaeological tour of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant and transmission lines in San Luis Obispo County on Monday, April 26, because we will need to arrange site access for this person.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you, and hope we can meet with you next week.

- Susan, I very much enjoyed talking with you and appreciate the information you provided on the California Native American Heritage Commission. We are in the process of beginning our consultation with your office on the proposed relicensing of Diablo Canyon Power Plant under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended (16 USC 470), and Federal Advisory Council on Historic Preservation regulations (36 CFR 800). We invite you and/or a member of your staff to attend an archaeological tour of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant and transmission lines in San Luis Obispo County on Monday, April 26, beginning at 8:00 AM.
We also look forward to meeting with you and members of your staff in Sacramento on Wednesday, April 28 or Thursday, April 29. Let us know what time in the morning or afternoon would be best.
Per your request, I've attached the schedule for the archaeological tour of Diablo Canyon Power Plant and transmission lines in San Luis Obispo County. We hope someone from your office will be able to join us on the tour. Let us know if you have any questions.
- Thanks,
