ORDER & CORRECTION (Granting Motion to Correct Transcript)
On June 18, 2010, the NRC Staff filed an unopposed motion to correct the transcript of the oral argument held in this proceeding on May 26, 2010, in San Luis Obispo, California. 1 After listening to the tapes of the proceeding, the Board finds that the motion is well taken, and grants it.

The first sentence on page 79 of the Boards August 4, 2010, memorandum and order quotes an uncorrected portion of the transcript. See LBP-10-15, 72 NRC __, __ (slip op. at 79)
(Aug. 4, 2010). That sentence in the Boards decision, which is not part of the analysis and does not change the ruling, is incorrect and is therefore deleted.
